As an experienced industrial company specializing in etching technology and special printing, UNION-KLISCHEE looks back on a long tradition. In the Berlin area we are even one of the oldest companies that offers all kinds of printing.

We are redefining special printing and spray etching processes.

Two focal points, one company

Both services are a central part of our offer. This involves two completely different processes: With spray or shape etching, we gently remove material from particularly thin and sensitive molded parts up to 1 mm thick. This avoids deformations and stresses that would otherwise occur with punching or lasering. In addition, spray etching is usually more cost-effective, especially for small and thin parts – for example when it comes to shielding plates or wiring strips.

It looks completely different with special printing: Here we individualize or print your products or materials using special colors. This method is usually used for housing parts, foils or even golf balls.

From crash test dummy to pacemaker: We see ourselves as experts in etching and printing technology with specialist expertise – and a large portion of inventive talent. Means: Doesn’t work, doesn’t exist. Instead of turning helplessly in a circle, we experiment, connect with all of the brain cells and even master orders from our customers that seem unsolvable at first glance. So if we have to, we get extremely creative. Even today, no machine, no matter how complex, can achieve this level of performance. Complex ingenuity makes us truly unique. And also a little bit proud.

We regularly rethink because we are familiar with sensitive data and projects – we take that very seriously. Our customer base consists of industrial companies in the fields of medical technology, measuring and sensor technology, precision engineering and mechanical engineering. We also serve model construction companies, the public sector, advertising agencies and private individuals.

You also need to keep an eye on the environment as much as possible.
